摇摆式颗粒机 oscillating granulator
本机用以将潮湿的粉料研制成所需的颗粒，也可将块状的干料粉碎到所需的颗粒。主要特点是筛网装拆简易，还可适当调节松紧，七角滚筒拆卸方便，容易清洗。机械传动系统全部封闭在机体内，并附有润滑系统，整机运转平稳。
YK160型旋转的七角滚筒的速度可以调节，外表油漆平整适合一般使用。
YK160B是根据药品生产GMP的要求而设计制造的新型机，整机外型全用优质不锈钢封闭。使整机外型整洁美观，特别是筛网采用金属丝或不锈钢板网，使颗粒的质量和经济效率有较大提高。
This machine is used for forming the required granules from mosist ower material，or for crushing rotor also into granules in required size.Its main featres are:the sieve can be removed and remounted easily,itstension is also adjustable.The rotor also can be removed and remounted easilly,its tension is also adjustable.The rotor also can be removed and cleaned conveniently.The driving mechanism is totally encllosed in the machine body and its lubricantion system.Makes the machine work smoothly.
Type YK160 the speed of its rotor can be adjusted during operating，its surface is painted for universal usage.
Type YK160B,a new type is designed in accordance with GMP standard，its surface is made of high quality stainless steel and locks nice.Especilly the metal and stainless steel screen mesh improves the pellets’quality.
